Keith Goddin, Flooring Expert
Keith Goddin has been in the flooring industry, starting in the mills as an apprentice learning materials and installations, working his way into production and manufacturing, to overseeing and training of field personnel and distributors.
Passionate about flooring and discovering new materials that enhance the usage of the space, Goddin Developments is representing a manufacturer using advanced technology of materials and application called Swisstrax, and has focused their efforts on high-end specialty and industrial applications. Also, wall solutions are find their way into the residential, retail, and commercial/industrial applications.

About The Floor Store
The Floor Store was founded with a single location in April of 1983. Since then, our business has grown beyond the original store in Richmond to include seven separate locations. Spread throughout Northern California, our showrooms offer customers the ability to browse an enormous selection of carpeting and area rugs; hardwood, vinyl and laminate flooring; natural stone and tile; and every major style of Green flooring, including bamboo and cork.
For most of our history, we have had partnership relationships with major manufacturers like Mohawk and Shaw. This preferred status gives us access to products, prices, and financing programs other dealers can’t offer. In 2012, the Floor Store was awarded Mohawk’s prestigious Retailer of the Year award.
As a company, we have grown and thrived over the last few decades. We attribute our success in large part to the fact that customer satisfaction is our top priority. We pride ourselves on offering a level of customer service that large retailers can’t match. As a family-run business, we also value our employees.
